A little history
Two perspectives, one view of the organisation.
For more than twenty years Karina worked with people inside organisations as a psychologist, trainer, mentor and crisis consultant. She taught positive psychology and future leadership at SWPS University and Kozminski University.
For twenty years Adam built and ran technology organisations. As a board member of a listed company he was responsible for 650 people and for HR, and saw up close how board decisions travel through people.
She knew the organisation from the human side. He knew people from the organisation’s side. That combination became the idea of Human Reflection of Business, and in 2024, Inevitable Zone Institute was founded.
