The Mentor Academy is an on-site training cycle that builds on the knowledge and experience of current leaders. We provide training and external supervision in the mentor–mentee relationship so they can develop colleagues through mentoring.
Participants
- learn how to support other employees through mentoring in practice
- sharpen their ability to set precise mentoring goals
- develop active listening, questioning, feedback, feedforward, appreciation and correction
- know how to use their experience to inspire and empower others
