Mind and emotions
Beyond emotions
Emotional rigidity, clinging to thoughts, feelings and behaviours, is a short road to fatigue, burnout and even depression.
Fortunately we have emotional agility, which lets us act despite difficult emotions. In this practical workshop participants learn to act by their own choice rather than on the autopilot of habit.
What participants gain
- a flexible approach to emotions: which approach pays off, instead of deepening existing habits
- the understanding that emotions were, are and will be, and that you can act despite unpleasant emotions instead of fighting them
- energy to work with emotions: managing yourself in the face of emotions and using the space between stimulus and response wisely
