Stress, resilience and recovery
Stress under control
regaining balance and effectiveness
Stress is a natural response to demands and pressure. The problem starts when it becomes chronic, automatic and unnoticed: it then lowers concentration, the quality of decisions, relationships and resilience.
The workshop is not about “getting rid of stress” but about regaining influence: understanding your own reactions, regulating tension and responding consciously in everyday work situations. It draws on the psychology of stress, self-regulation and proven techniques for working with tension.
Participants
- know how stress works and what its psychological and physiological mechanisms are
- recognise early signs of overload and respond before a crisis develops
- learn practical techniques for regulating tension and emotions in everyday work
- regain a sense of influence, clarity of thinking and greater stability in a demanding environment
